Terry Quinlan joined Lower Merion in 1990. She worked as a school nurse at Cynwyd Elementary, Bala Cynwyd and Welsh Valley Middle Schools before becoming Nursing Department Chair for the high schools and then moving into District Administration. Terry lost her brief battle with brain cancer in December 2023. Terry was an extraordinary woman, a mentor, a colleague, and a friend. A scholarship to an LMSD graduating senior who exemplifies Terry’s qualities is one way to honor her life, legacy and commitment to the LMSD.
